Before you read: the shape of the service

The short version, for anyone landing here first. We sell digital PR as a monthly backlink service, and nothing else: no guest posts, no niche edits, no marketplace inventory. Plans are Starter at $3,300 a month with a guaranteed minimum of 5 links, Growth at $6,000 for 10, and Scale at $10,600 for 20, month to month with no long contracts. Every link is earned by pitching stories and expert input to journalists at real US and UK publications and news sites in the DA/DR 40 to 95 range, lands across the month inside real articles, is reported to you with its URL, and carries 90 days of replacement cover. If a month falls short of the minimum, the shortfall carries forward and is delivered the following month. Starting happens over email at info@backlink.services. The questions below fill in everything else, and the pricing page has the full plan breakdown.

Questions
Will these links improve my rankings?

Relevant links can support discovery, context and authority, but rankings also depend on your content, technical health, competition and factors nobody outside the search engines controls. We therefore report the links we earn and never guarantee a position or traffic outcome.

What exactly is guaranteed?

Four things, in writing: your plan's full link minimum remains owed with any calendar-month shortfall carried forward, a free replacement for any link that goes offline within 90 days of delivery, links only from real publications and news sites in the DA/DR 40 to 95 range, and every placement reported with its URL. Rankings, traffic, and specific named outlets are never guaranteed.

How does the carry-forward work?

If a month delivers fewer links than your plan's minimum, the difference is added to the next month's guaranteed count at no extra charge, and it keeps rolling until delivered. It survives cancellation too, because those links were already paid for.

Am I locked in? Can I stop or switch plans?

Plans are month to month. Stop whenever you like, switch tiers from the next month by email, or take a month off by telling us before the month is invoiced. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Do you cover both the US and the UK?

Yes. Campaigns run for US and UK companies, and the publisher pool spans both markets. Tell us where your customers are and the pitching leans toward publications whose readers match. A strong story sometimes lands on the other side of the Atlantic too, and those links count the same.

How is this different from buying links on a marketplace?

Marketplaces sell inventory: pre-listed sites, shared across every buyer with a login, placed with minimal vetting. We pitch stories every month, which means your links come from journalists we approached for your pages specifically, not from a spreadsheet a thousand other buyers are working through.

Do you sell guest posts or niche edits as add-ons?

No, and we never will. Digital PR placements inside journalists' own articles are the only product, because a vendor selling both always ends up filling orders from the cheaper pool. The reasoning is written out on the why PR links only page.

Is buying backlinks safe?

Paying a publisher for a link intended to manipulate rankings can violate Google's link spam policies. Our fee covers campaign research, story development and journalist outreach; publishers are not paid for a slot and retain editorial control over coverage and link attributes. No backlink service is risk-free and no ranking outcome is guaranteed, so buyers should assess the method, relevance and reporting rather than rely on a promise of safety.

Do you work in my niche?

Most niches, yes. The honest exceptions: we decline gambling, adult, and pharma work, and niches so narrow that too few qualifying publications exist to sustain a monthly minimum. If we cannot hit the quality bar for your market, we tell you before payment, not after four weeks of silence.

Can I choose my anchor text?

You can state preferences and we work within them, flagging anything that looks over-optimized enough to hurt you. The journalist makes the final call on wording, which is true everywhere in PR whatever a vendor promises. A natural mix of branded and descriptive anchors outperforms exact-match stuffing anyway.

What do I actually receive each month?

A list of live URLs, at least as long as your plan's minimum, delivered progressively as each placement lands. You verify each one yourself: the publication, the article, the link, the attributes. No dashboards, no screenshots of things you cannot click, no metrics you cannot reproduce.

Why are you more expensive than the $50 links I see advertised?

Because a $50 link is a slot on a site built to sell $50 links. Real PR costs real hours: finding angles, pitching journalists, following up, and absorbing the pitches that never convert. At $530 to $660 per link depending on plan, you are paying for method, and method is what determines whether the link still helps you in two years.

Do you need access to my website or analytics?

No. We need your target URLs and any anchor preferences, nothing more. No logins, no tracking scripts, no access requests. Everything we deliver is publicly verifiable from the URLs we report.

Can agencies white-label this for clients?

Yes, and many do. You get the URLs, you present them to your client however you like, and we never contact your client or appear anywhere in the deliverable. Split a plan across client sites by telling us the allocation when you start.
