Terms of service

These terms govern every plan started with Backlink Services. They are short because the service is simple: you buy a monthly campaign with a defined minimum number of links, we deliver them, and both sides know exactly what was promised. Starting a plan by email constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The service

We sell digital PR campaigns as monthly plans, each with a stated monthly link minimum whose full delivery is guaranteed through the carry-forward terms below, at the prices published on this site when you start or renew. Each link is earned through story and expert-comment pitches to third-party publications and news sites, and placed within the DA/DR 40 to 95 authority range described on our link quality page. Links are delivered progressively, and each placement is reported to you with its URL. We do not sell guest posts, niche edits, blog placements, or marketplace inventory under any plan.

Billing, term, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance and run month to month. There is no minimum term and no notice period: to stop, tell us by email before the next month is invoiced. If a month delivers fewer links than the plan's minimum, the shortfall carries forward and is delivered in the following month in addition to that month's minimum, at no extra charge. Carried-forward links that remain owed when a plan ends are still delivered.

Business customers only

The service is sold to businesses and professionals for commercial purposes. By starting a plan, you confirm you are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer.

Ordering and payment

Plans are started by email to info@backlink.services and confirmed by us with a written scope and invoice. Work begins once payment clears. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. If we cannot serve your niche to our published standard, we decline the plan before taking payment.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or any commercial outcome. We do not guarantee placement on specific named websites. Publishers control their own sites, including final wording and link attributes, and placements are made at publisher discretion. The 90-day replacement described below is our only guarantee concerning how long a delivered link remains live. Any statement on this site describing typical results is descriptive, not a warranty.

The replacement remedy

If a delivered link goes offline within 90 days of the date its URL was reported to you, we will build a replacement link of equal standard at no charge, as described on the guarantees page. This replacement is your sole remedy for lost links, and our total liability for any plan month is limited to the amount you paid for that month. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorized to request links to the websites you nominate, that those sites do not contain unlawful content, and that your target pages will remain live during delivery. We decline work relating to gambling, adult, and pharmaceutical content, and we may decline any plan that would require us to breach a third party's terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest survive. These terms were last updated on 12 July 2026, and the version in force when a month is invoiced is the version that applies to that month.
